Falling for the New Girl

They call me Tumbleina. I hated the world I grew up on and always dreamed of running away with the circus. Too bad little boys were not allowed to join the circus. Too many worlds have rules against males in a public spotlight. Why was I ever born a boy?

Tumbleina isn’t my real name. My real name is Roger. Life was hard in my family and my parents were never around. I was left to fend for myself. A young boy gets hungry when no one provides a nourishing meal for him. And I was sick of living outside in the cold.

There was only one thing I could do to pass the time: dance. While I waited for the circus to open one day I danced and did somersaults and cartwheels and other great kid’s stuff in the field behind the tents. A woman named Macy saw me playing in the field and called me over. She told me how talented I was. She asked me if I wanted to join the circus. I clapped my hands like a penguin in delight. Then I told Macy I knew I could never be in the circus; I was a dumb boy.

Macy smiled placing her hand on the top of my head, “I can make you a girl.” I was penguin clapping again. I followed Macy to a tent with all kinds of equipment. I stepped into a chamber Macy told me to. I stepped out Tumbleina. Macy took me to another tent and asked me to dance. As a girl I danced better than ever.

The next night I had my debut performance. I was told I am a natural. I’ve been to 208 worlds since that fateful day. I can’t even remember what it was like as a boy anymore. I do remember the hungry nights; don’t miss those any. I thank god every day for Macy. She made me the woman I am today.

Play Ball

Sometimes things really go wrong. There is no way to prepare for the weird stuff that can forever change your life. Opening day of baseball is a perfect example. Coach decided to play Ray on opening day; a great honor for a rookie. He had butterflies, but settled down as retired he the first three batters.

As the second inning started the fans noticed a shimmering orb gently floating from the sky to the infield. Ray was on the mound and was winding up the pitch as the orb touched him. The crowd knew exactly what the orb was the second it touched Ray; a vortex. It was the strangest spectacle. First Ray was winding up for the pitch and when the ball left the mound it came from a girl’s hand.

At first the fans gasped until they saw the fastball girl-Ray had. Rae refused to step down and finished the game; a shutout. Rae went on to break records all season long. She was unstoppable. And you guessed it; she took the World Series in four games.

On the Run

Elaine loved walking the fields of Elysium, a world so beautiful many consider it on par with the afterlife. The best part of Elysium is it is always daytime; one or more of the suns are high in the sky at all times. The air always feels like spring on Earth. Speaking of Earth, Elaine wasn’t always the meek and mild woman you see here. Back on Earth she was known as Jako the Macco, a ruthless business broker with a trail of corpses strung out behind him.

Jako made a lot of enemies on Earth; he also made a lot of money. When you have as many enemies as Jako you need money to stay alive. A long successful career (with the accompanying victims) gave Jako the opportunity to retire to the quiet life he always wanted without pesky victims showing up bent on revenge.

On Elysium you can be anyone you want as long as you have the money. The Elysium Council discovered how to capture and control a vortex, a bubble of distorted space where anything that passes through exits as a woman. Vortexes have been the bane of any planet unlucky enough, or lucky if you like that sort of thing, to be plagued by them.

Jako paid his dues to the Elysium government and walked through the vortex and into a simple life of comfort and pleasure. Many still search for the Macco, but none have found him. Some say he lives on a planet somewhere near the galactic core, others, on a planet in the Sagittarius Arm. But we know better. Jako is walking the warm fields of Elysium enjoying the beauty and comfort he earned. Elaine is a woman for the ages.

Emily's Education

You would think a guy would not look a gift horse in the mouth. But not our friend, Anon. No. He taunted me, the pro tempore spokeswoman of TG Incorporated, and as a reward I had the boss change the internet connection on him, modifying the radiation from his computer screen. Poor Anon. The TG radiation turned him into Emily.

Well, Emily went out and purchased a package of new panties for the occasion and ridiculed me in a comment section on it. What our dear Emily did not know was the TG radiation from his computer screen was only temporary. Unfortunately, we kept an eye on our girl. When we saw she was purchasing panties we made sure they were the special magical kind. Too bad the magic panties are a permanent deal. Emily will never be Anon again.

Look at the girl. She is giggling from the sensation of those magic panties going to work. Have you ever seen a happier girl in the world? I think Anon has learned a lesson. We took his manhood and increased his libido. I think our friend, Emily, will keep the boys around town very happy. She is such a girl.

Watermelon Seed

Watermelon is the best part of summer. John loved how TG Inc. diversified into agriculture bringing consumers fresh watermelon all year round. A myth surrounded watermelon, however. Mom always warned about eating watermelon seeds; it would make you pregnant. Well, since John is not a girl he figured the rule did not apply to him. He gobbled his slice of watermelon, seeds and all.

TG Inc. has a way with turning myths into reality. John jumped into his hammock for an afternoon nap after devouring the watermelon. In moments he was fast asleep. As the sun dipped toward the horizon, John woke from his nap with a surprise. He rolled out of the hammock in a panic, a very pregnant woman.

Melina is the name the doctor recommended John assume since she is a woman now. It seems Melina is due in about a month. She needs to watch her diet so the baby stays healthy. Here Melina enjoys a fresh cup of herbal tea and the latest issue of National Geographic. She is adjusting to life as a woman and looks forward to being a mother. One thing I can tell you; Melina will never swallow a watermelon seed again.
